We built Cleanuply because we were frustrated with photo cleanup apps that feel unsafe. Apps that auto-delete things. Apps with fake storage numbers. Apps that upload your photos to unknown servers. We wanted something we'd actually trust with our own memories.
Why Cleanuply exists
If you've ever gotten the dreaded "Storage Almost Full" notification, you know the feeling. You open Settings, see that Photos is taking up 40 GB, and then spend 30 minutes scrolling through thousands of images trying to figure out what to delete.
The existing cleanup apps in the App Store didn't help. Most of them use aggressive tactics — fabricated numbers to scare you into subscribing, auto-selection that removes things before you review them, and opaque "AI" that never explains why something was flagged.
We built Cleanuply to be the opposite. It scans your library and categorizes what it finds into 10 clear categories — from screenshots to duplicates to forgotten recordings. Every suggestion is explained. Every action requires your confirmation. And everything happens right on your phone.
